In-Store or Curbside Pickup

“We don’t just sell shoes, we fit shoes.”

We are the last of a full service shoe store which still measures children’s feet and takes the time to fit them properly. Children take thousands of steps a day, so the shoe must be comfortable and well fitted for that kind of abuse and wear. For that reason we are offering FREE curbside and in-store pickup at our Ottawa Street location.

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 within Ontario.

Free Shipping is available for orders over $250.

Packages will arrive within 5-10 business days of your order confirmation.

Payment Methods

Karen's 4 Kids accepts payment from PAYPAL, VISA, and MASTERCARD.

All orders will be charged in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
Please note that pricing for the same item may vary depending on the particular size.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from original pickup date (included in your order confirmation email). 

All clearance items (marked as Last Pair, or clearance) are non-refundable. These items can be exchanged for another item or for a store-credit which never expires.

For items returned after 30 days, a credit will be issued via email to be used online at 

Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refund will be for the full amount of the product. Returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn condition. Merchandise must be in original packaging.
